Masks for oily skin
	by Michèle Serre
Scrub cleansing mask
- Combine 1/2 tbsp. olive oil, 1/2 tbsp. water and 1 tbsp. clay.
 - Apply this mixture with a brush and relax until it dries.
 - Once dry, rinse off with warm water.
 - Wipe your face with a cotton pad moistened with rose water, then apply your favorite toner.

Anti-blackhead mask
- Finely crush the flesh of a papaya and apply the pulp to your face, avoiding the areas around your eyes and mouth.
 - If your skin is dry and sensitive, apply the papaya only to the affected areas. Keep on for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Astringent tomato mask - oily skin
- Thoroughly crush two tomatoes and collect the juice, or use a juicer.
 - Mix with 100 ml (scant 1/2 cup) milk and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 or 5 days, no longer. Be careful – if you have sensitive skin, avoid tomatoes: they’ll mean redness for sure!

Cucumber mask for oily skin
- In a plastic (not metal) bowl, mix two tbsp. finely powdered green clay into some cucumber juice, obtained by puréeing some pieces of cucumber in a blender. You should obtain a smooth creamy paste. Add a few drops of sweet almond oil or jojoba and apply to thoroughly-cleansed skin.
 - Rinse with mineral water, then apply toner.
 - One masque a week for a month should perk up your skin and reduce dilated pores.
