It's important to persevere. Keep at it for several weeks and for increased effectiveness apply the cream morning and/or evening, depending on the product, to problem zones. For the product to have maximum effectiveness, it needs a hand (literally!) Massage, beginning at the ankles and working toward the thighs, in ascending circular motions, then in a massaging-rolling motion on particularly unsightly areas. Emphasize the hip and stomach areas. Over time you'll see an improvement in your skin's appearance around your hips, buttocks and thighs. The massaging will promote lymphatic circulation and boost the elimination of wastes and toxins.

Thighs

Start massaging at the lowest point and go up towards your heart.

Apply a firming cream, using the "knead and roll" method: using both thumbs, pinch the skin on your  thighs, then massage with your palm in an upward direction. Finish with short little "chops" using the side of your hand.
